How do I use the back massager?

Can I attach the massager directly to my wall?

VELCRO ™ applied directly to wall is not removable without damaging the wall's surface. As a suggestion a wooden board (not included) can be used to secure the VELCRO ™ to, and the board secured to the wall using screws or Command Strips ™. See our How To Use guide.

What's in the box?

• Back Massaging apparatus
• VELCRO ™:
  • 2 Strips already applied to the flat bottom of the apparatus
  • 4 Opposing pieces matching in size to be applied to the desired mounting surface (the wall or to a piece of wood, for example)
• 1 Sheet of Instructions
• 1 Business card

If I need extra VELCRO ™, what size do I get?

We use VELCRO ™(sometimes packaged as # 624 and or Industrial Strength Extreme), either 4 inch x 2 inch or 4 inch x 1 inch strips.

What kind of a board or wood should I get to apply the VELCRO ™ to?

You can get  a piece of common board approximately 3/4 inch x 11.5 inches x 6 feet at a hardware or home improvement store for about $12.

Can I use this product to massage an area that had been operated on?

You should always consult with your physician before using this product. 

What to do if the massager doesn't stick to the VELCRO ™ like it used to?

Replace the VELCRO ™ on the massager (the non furry piece(s)), over time the tips on the spikes of the VELCRO ™ become flat and are not as effective at holding the massager firmly in place.
